Wedding Coordination
At Andaz, it's our passion and it shows! When you book your wedding at Andaz Maui at Wailea, your personal Wedding Designer will work with you on planning all the details of your celebration. Your designer will also coordinate all of the fine points of your special day and ensure your dream becomes a reality.
Guest Accomodations
Extend the celebration and keep your guests close to the main event in our luxurious accommodations. Special discounted rates for a contracted block of rooms can be arranged through your Wedding Designer. Andaz is happy to offer room blocks starting at a minimum of ten rooms night for three nights.
Minimum Requirements
Food and beverage minimums and site fees apply to all event venues and vary depending on the location of your wedding celebration. Minimums do not include service charge and state sales tax.
Menu Tasting
Complimentary wedding menu & cake tastings offered to all of our confirmed wedding couples. Additional guests are welcome to join for $240 per person. Tasting are not offered within one month of the couples wedding date.
Wedding Cake
However unique your idea is, our creative Pastry Chef will cultivate the wedding cake of your dreams. Due to our island's tropical climate, we strongly recommend not using fondant, and buttercream frosting will be utilized to ensure the highest quality flavoring and appearance.
Wedding Packages
Thoughtful all-inclusive packages have been created to ease the worry of wedding planning with the most sought-after professionals to capture your special moment. If you have secured your own professionals, a $6,500++ site fee includes a beautiful oceanfront ceremony site, seating for all of your guests and a fruit infused water station.
Lighting and Audio
Additional lighting and power will be needed for all evening outdoor functions. Our on-site audiovisual team will provide pricing for lighting, power and audio packages based on your needs.
Musicians
Couples can select either a violin, harp, cello or piano for instrumental only music or a choice of vocals to be added if you select either guitar or ukulele which are included in your package.
Vendors
You are not limited to selecting vendors from our preferred vendor list, however they must provide a Certificate of Liability insurance prior to your wedding date. All outside vendors must adhere to our load in/load out policies and procedures.
Professional Wedding Dress Steaming and/or Dry Cleaning
Professional steaming/pressing is available for your wedding dress and any other clothing garments. Wedding dress pressing starts at $93.50. Please anticipate a one-day turnaround time for all garments (excluding Sundays). Wedding dress dry cleaning is also available.

Use the rooming list template to provide your guests details. If the rooming list does not contain credit card information, you can send it directly to your Event Manager. If you will include individual credit card numbers for each guest, see your Event Manager for next steps.

Visit this one-stop location for all key information about your wedding event. Manage details before, during, and after your event. Collaborative Diagramming
A collaborative program that helps you and your Event Manager design professional create customized room diagrams and seating to design the best room layouts for your event. You can make your own edits to diagrams to ensure room setups match your vision.
HyRes
Hyatt’s proprietary group reservation process with customized links to allow your guests to book online within the group block. It also gives you the ability to view reports through the Hyatt Planner Portal.
